Eagle Cloud has closed a Series B+ funding round of nearly RMB 100 million (about $14 million), four months after its Series B. MTR Lab and Northern Light Venture Capital co-led the round, with Voyagers Partners acting as financial adviser.
The company plans to use the funds to expand enterprise security governance infrastructure for the AI agent era and accelerate overseas expansion. Its Yunshu platform includes AIDR (AI Detection & Response), which covers AI discovery, definition, identification, enforcement and measurement across the lifecycle. [TechNode reporting]
