DapuStor Corporation, a Chinese enterprise SSD and data-center storage maker, said its board has approved a plan to issue H shares and seek a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board. The company said details of the proposed offering have not been finalized and the plan remains subject to further approvals and filings.

DapuStor reported RMB4.72 billion in revenue in the first half of 2026, up 531.17% from a year earlier. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB1.33 billion, compared with a loss of RMB353.8 million a year earlier.
